Help, I unfortunately agreed to some common My Verizon interface this morning when I went to check my email via webmail.verizon.net
The demo showe that it would combine my weebmail with my phone visual voice mail and all sorts of nifty things.
but now when got to webmail.verizon.net, it takes me the VW wireless home page and there is absolutley no where in that setup that I can see my DSL emails folders anymore. The message tab does *not* show that nifty interface with sub tabs for all the services.
No no VZ.net email, and the help for that page assumes that I am trying to view email on my phone.
In account I also can see billing for the VZ wireless phone but do not see the promised account access for my DSL/home phone.
I am in Massachusetts, and had previously both verizon.net an verizon wireless web ids and passwords. When signing up for the new service it indicated that my residentail account would no longer work.
Editing to add:
I can still get to my DSL email and account from internet explorer, but I suspect that is because I haven't clicked the "go to new email" button showinng there. I have messed things up for firefox though.
sorry, one more edit. It's suddenly stopped forwarding to the verizon wireless homepage, now it stays on the verizon.com page.
and I am really really confused, webmail.verizon.net entered directly goes to some curious hybrid that shows the expected nifty new interface but only for the residential services! no wireless!
I give up.
