I just got an Email that you are again changing the lineup and adding a Spanish language version of one of the Cinemax channels and removing a movie channel. Doesn't that belong in the Spanish language programming section and not the English section or are you running out of quality programming??? All the .tv channels that you have added are a sign of the future so I say bring on A-la-carte programming and let me pay for what I will watch on a regular basis. That was the one thing that Congress had right several years ago but the NCTA and their deeeep pockets bought off the FCC and the rest of congress to kill it knowing that there would be no demand for stations like YES TV away from the NY market.
I wanted to search the TV listings for any lacrosse game so that I could record it while I'm out. I used both of the search features at the top of the TV listings page, and it would allow me only to search the on-demand that the online movies. I don't want to do that; I just wanted to search the tv listings today. You need to put on that page an easy way for me to search the TV listings.
I would like the functionality to change channels using the Fios Mobile Remote app when I am not home. My specific need is because I have a family member that has issues using the remote control. I would like to be able to change channels for them when I am at work. There are numerous handicaps/ special needs that would benefit from this 'remote' remote control feature. Access to the 'remote' remote feature could be limited via a setting in the 'Accessibily' menu (if folks have concerns about allowing this) or as part of setting up Mobile Phone Access. Also, having the ability to see if the STB is on, and what channel is currently on would be helpful, so you can verify that the change happened. Thanks.
we finally have access to beIN SPORT on our tvs in HD and its awesome now beIN SPORT has started their online streaming of La Liga,Serie A and other international sports. but we have to authenticate with our provider and verizon isnt listed as one only Bright House Networks & Time Warner so i would like for you guys to add Verizon as a provider we can authenticate so we can watch Soccer,Motorcycle racing on our computer,iPhone/android and tablets

Verizon, your web site is a mess. I am going to assume you are the victim of explosive growth and the site grew like Topsy with no control from the management. If I assume the web site is just the way you want it then I have to think it is diabolical in scope and is designed to minimize calls and complaints and reduce "face time" with the customer. Let me assume the former.
1. Separate Selling and Service. A customer who is trying to get his system up to expectations does not want to be barraged with offers of faster service, more content,and new gizmos.
2. If the mission statement of the Service portion is to a. Find the problem, b. Provide a solution, c. Follow-up until the customer is satisfied; then the task is to construct simple (er) flow charts of questions (Filters if you will) to separate Billing, Hardware, Software and the ever present Cockpit problems. You have not done this very well.
3. The complaint system, as it is now constructed is assaultive to the customer. Starting with the music on hold (percussive and repetitive)
4.. The in-home agent is a silly application which is a time waster. FAQ's work better than that if properly filtered.
The above thoughts were generated after my "trouble ticket" {edited for privacy} went nowhere and informed my decision to just cancel everything and start fresh with another company and a whole new set of problems.

IF YOU DROP AMC FROM THE CHANNEL LINE UP YOU WILL LOSE MANY LOYAL CUSTOMERS, SO WORK OUT WHATEVER PROBLEMS YOU HAVE WITH THE AMC NETWORK, WITHOUT ANY PRICE INCREASES, DON,T MAKE THE CUSTOMERS LOSE OUT ON GREAT TV.
I'm sure not new , but why should I rent a 8-10 yr old box. Out dated equipment should be replaced when new boxes are being used by new customers. I rent this thing for 4+ yrs you should eliminate he fee or update the box. This should apply to all rented equipment. OR just buy right out. No additional taxes monthly fees.
Your FIOS voice mail isn't good. Why not make it like the standard out there. Both at work and with Verizon wireless, the number options are the same.
My biggest gripe is that after a message plays, you con't give me an option to delete it--as with verizon wireless. I have to listen to it again and then press <3> while listening. If I happen to listen to a message and wait just a second after it finishes, pressing <3> for delete puts me into some other mode.
Fix this and you'll make me an even more satisfied FIOS customer!

I am dissatisfied with the tier levels and options within tiers you offer. A cost effective tier level is important to my budget. I was looking for a lesser tier level as I don't watch a lot of channels. When I asked they said you offer a lesser tier but Fox News and ABC Family would be eliminated within the tier. I had already gone down to a lower tier in the last 4-5 months, losing Fox Business channel. If I chose this newest tier, I would not get any Fox channels which I find discriminating as it is the only conservative news channel available. Also ABC Family is a great all round entertainment value for the entire family and that is a terrible idea to take that off the tier. Family entertainment is core to bringing all ages together for in the evening. I pose you offer a new tier, budget conscious/cost effective , that includes prime channels, WITF/PBS, Fox News, ABC Family and a few others. Soon I am going to switch to Comcast , as these prices and selections are not the best.
Verizon's set top boxes are to big and bulky. They take up too much space. Ugly to look at. Get over heated and need to constantly reboot even if you don't reboot it!!! I had to buy a small table to place the cable boxes in my living room which is sad.
Like the TV's the CRT's tube are out and the LCD/LEDs flat screen are in. BIG and BULKY is out. Verizon needs to invest in better equipment for this day and age. A smaller set top box and one that could be mounted on the wall would be better. How about that.
For now thanks Verizon for your costly BIG and BULKY cable boxes.

I would like to have Fox Soccer and Fox Soccer HD in my Prime FiOS TV Prime HD plan.
Suddenly my bill shows 2 new line items: "Regional Sport Network Fee" and "Franchise Related Costs" adding over $4 to my monthly bill. I haven't changed my service and frankly wouldn't care if I got no sports at all, so what is this? Is it a mistake, is it a new monthly charge which will add nearly $50 to my annual bill?
Also, when checking previous bills I see that these details are in a different order every month, sometimes the taxes are subtotaled and then included in a Taxes and Fees total; sometimes they are not all totaled. Makes comparing bills from one month to the next a pain in the neck. Please standardize the display of the charges details.
